Cette innovation pourrait permettre aux smartphones de n\u00e9cessiter moins de recharges fr\u00e9quentes. En surmontant les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fuite de grille et \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance di\u00e9lectrique, les chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 une couche d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;aluminium monocristallin pour am\u00e9liorer la performance.
