Mr. Ndaudika Mulundileni is a passionate advocate for STEM education whose work in Namibia has transformed learning opportunities for underserved communities. Through the Minds in Action STEAM programs he co-founded, he has inspired young people to tackle real-life challenges and create functional prototypes as solutions, bridging educational gaps and reshaping societal norms.
His initiatives provide learners with practical skills in coding, robotics, and problem-solving, nurturing a culture of innovation and critical thinking from the ground up. Beyond empowering students, Minds in Action has built sustainable learning frameworks and trained over 200 teachers to deliver an adaptive, lifelong learning curriculum.
